Updated Portal Policy

The patient portal provides an ideal platform for asking clarifying questions about your current plan that may have been unclear in your “visit summary” or “supplement chart.” Please read your visit summary and look at the attached “supplement chart” PDF that is at the bottom of your visit summary prior to asking a question as it is likely answered there.

For patients who started with us prior to 4/22/2024:

  • If new issues arise, please schedule a follow-up appointment with your practitioner. 
  • For all questions between appointments that are not simple “yes” or “no” questions, you will be charged for the time it takes the doctor to research/review your chart and respond to the question. The portal question fee is $550/hr prorated by the minute. This fee will be automatically charged to your credit card. 

    For patients with an all inclusive package (6 pack or 3 pack): 
  • 6 pack - you have portal access to ask your doctor clarifying questions between appointments for 6 months. 
  • 3 pack - you have portal access to ask your doctor clarifying questions between appointments for 3 months.
